Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naskabeauty.com. Include:

A clear photo of the item
A brief description of the issue
If your request is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval. Items returned after this window may not be eligible for a refund or resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
