We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $199! Orders typically take 24-48 business hours to process and leave our facility. Once your order leaves our facility it'll be at your doorstep within 2-7 business days.  

We also offer FREE STORE PICK-UPS. You can place your order, and pick it up at our store for free.

Store pick up orders typically take 24 business hours to process. Once it is processed, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for pick up.

If you do not pick up your order in 7 business days, it will be canceled. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer one-day express shipping for U.S. domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be placed before 2 PM EST to leave our facility on the same business day, and will arrive by the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will leave our facility on the next business day, and will arrive to the customer on the following business day.

For example:

An order placed on a Thursday at 9 AM EST will leave our facility on Thursday (same day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

An order placed on a Thursday at 5 PM EST will leave our facility on Friday (next day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).

An order placed on a Wednesday at 9 PM EST will leave our facility on Thursday (next day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

CANADA SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer fast, reliable and free shipping to Canada on all orders over $250 USD. Orders under $200 can enjoy our collection for shipping rates starting at $20 usd Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and value. Orders typically take 24-48 business hours to process and leave our facility. Express shipping options are also available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

Orders typically take 24-48 business hours to process and leave our facility. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via USPS for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

Additional customs fees may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information. Naska Beauty is not responsible for the fees issued and we are unable to determine these fees prior to delivery. 

Naska Beauty is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. Naska Beauty is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Naska Beauty is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Naska Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance. For international orders, please be aware that we are unable to cover customs delays, import duties, or lost packages once they leave our facility. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to provide guidance before you place your order.
